* Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

* Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

* If more than 2 class of course content is accessed.

* If a certificate has already been issued.

* If the refund request is made after 48 hours of purchase.

4. Course Transfers

* Users may opt for a course transfer instead of a refund.

* If the new course costs more, the user must pay the difference.

* If the new course costs less, the difference will be refunded or credited as a voucher.
